This one-day course is designed especially for boaters. The program is taught by American Heart Association Certified Instructors who are all experienced boaters.
Upon completion of the training, students will receive an American Heart Association Course Completion Card in CPR, AED & First Aid. This certification card has a two-year expiration date, and it is accepted by the USCG for captain’s license requirements.
An AHA-approved CPR face mask is required for this course. If you do not have one, a mask will be available for purchase at the class for $15.00.

This course is designed to teach the recognition and management of medical emergencies off shore where timely communications and rescue are limited or not possible.

This 8-hour 'Voyage Planning and Electronic Charting' class is designed for licensed captains and experienced recreational boaters to gain knowledge in safe voyage planning and electronic chart navigation. Students will receive instructor lead classroom presentation and hands-on electronic charting techniques using Rose Point's Coastal Explorer.
